To experience the full power of the Gen4-BPL system-on-chip, we’ve included four Gen4-BPL adapters in each EVK so customers can evaluate both the “Streamer” and “Multi-hop” versions of the products (2 sets in each kit). In addition, we’ve included two variations of the chip in each set – one with an integrated 800-Ohm RX impedance circuit mainly used in daisy chain networks, and the other with a 200-Ohm version for Free Topology networks. This combination will allow customers to evaluate various types of installation scenarios to determine which configuration works best in their network.
Included in the kit is our Network Manager software to easily configure, monitor, set up, and manage complex networks in real-time. A great tool for network planning, design, and installation!
